I had a quadruple room and it was tidy on a lower level. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was fresh.
It had broken beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The hotel was nice sized with a marvellous location short walk to frequent buses to Poole, Boscombe pier and the fantastic 7 mile stretch of beach and town centre. The staff members were all accommodating and fairly friendly. The restaurant had fresh food, greatly enjoyed it.

The property is pretty and nice and sits near the beach. The staff is helpful, and the owner too. Make sure to get comfort triple room with kettle, nice balcony, as example. An electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my very comfortable 2 nights stay here. The staff was pretty friendly, helped me a lot. Its quadruple room was bright with mini fridge, nice balcony, tea. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators worked well.

Loved it - the place is pretty and suited me fine. The staff is very amiable as well as hotel's owner. The location is handy, just off a nice garden, Poole and Bournemouth Square and the seafront and local restaurants - couldn't be better. Overall fresh food, plus there is Urban Beach close by.
